Need to have

  • 5-6 years of experience working in Brand Identity Design, Packaging Design and Communication Design.

  • Ability to understand business and conceptualize brand and design solutions.

  • Strong understanding of global practices in branding and print design.

  • Experience in print and packaging production, directing photography / shoots and production of design for spaces.

  • Ability to manage a team of 5-7 highly talented designers and provide creative direction for all projects.

  • Ability to work independently on projects and manage team responsibilities.

  • Experience with interacting with clients, scheduling projects and managing timelines and building relationships with clients.

Good to have

  • Significant Experience with managing and directing a design team.

  • Ability to contribute to the Studio's Operations and Management.

  • Ability to initiate relationships with clients.

  • Ability to induct and mentor young designers.

  • Ownership and Creative Direction of all Branding, Packaging and Print Design Projects.

  • Leadership of the Branding Team at Beard Design.

  • Managing all Branding / Print Projects internally and with clients.

  • Working hand-on throughout the project lifecycle with your team members and clients.

  • Evolving your team into a cutting-edge branding practice.

  • Growing the team size and mentoring new members.
