Jiffy is a new product, from Capillary Technologies, a customer engagement behemoth, serving retailers and brands.
We worked with the senior leadership team at Capillary on naming the new brand and creating a visual identity and language.
Jiffy, Capillary’s first consumer product, offers instant credit to shoppers at select brand stores, through a digital-only model.
The challenge with the visual branding was to create a connection with the customer through the limited interaction they’d have with the brand. We chose to do this by creating a brand mascot that would walk the customer through the on-boarding process. A simplified version of the mascot also became the logo/symbol for the brand.
